Rebuilt in the inter-war period this brick and rendered two-storey pub remains a number of its original fittings. The main front bar (originally three rooms or two rooms and off sales) has fielded panelling on the walls to two-thirds height. The panelled bar counter might be from the 1930s and the bar back fitting looks 1930s work with some changes. The room has a bare wood floor and on the right is a 1930s brick fireplace. The doorway on the rear left looks inter-war and leads to a small room with new fittings. Lots of leaded windows with colourful shields.
