Just a few original features cling on in this pub which was built in 1933-4 on the main Rawtenstall to Burnley road and displaying windows advertising ‘Glen Top Ales’. There are the mosaic floor and tiled dado in the lobby, a curved counter in the lobby bar, fixed seating in the room to the front right and a tiled fireplace in the room behind this.
